Cognac. The color of a leather boot that's been broken in. A personalized dog collar in premium nylon webbing, embroidered with your dog's name in our Dutch studio, stitched into the strap, in the font you choose, in the thread color you choose, and never printed on top.

Ten characters, in the font and thread color you pick. The signature pairing is cognac webbing with Cream embroidery; the quiet one is cognac with Espresso, which is what we'd put on our own dogs.

Cognac Brown is the everyday Classic. Soft on a Vizsla's chest, sturdy enough for a French Bulldog who pulls, kind to a Labrador's coat. The buckle and D-ring are zinc alloy, brushed not polished; the X-stitch reinforcement on the D-ring is hand-checked, every single one, before it leaves Veghel. Order it with dog pins and the eyelets are set in production; after that, pins swap in seconds.

Care

Make it last

Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Hand-wash on cold for stubborn marks, air-dry away from direct sun; UV is the only thing that'll fade the color. Don't tumble-dry, don't bleach. The zinc-alloy hardware handles wet weather fine; rinse with fresh water after sea swims.

Questions we get the most

Will the embroidery fade or peel?

No, it's stitched into the webbing, not printed. We've had collars come back after three years of daily walks with the embroidery still sharp. UV will fade the webbing color before it fades the thread.

Can I add Squffy dog pins later?

No. The eyelets that hold dog pins are set during production, so choose pins when you order the collar. Once a collar has its eyelets you can swap pins any time, but a collar made without eyelets can't take pins later.

What if my dog grows out of it?

The Classic line goes up to XL (44 to 73 cm neck). For puppies and small breeds, see the matching Puppy Dog Collar, same look, lighter build. For very large or pulling dogs, look at the Tactical line.

When will my order be shipped?

We make and ship your order from our Dutch studio within 1 to 3 business days.

Can I return a personalized collar?

Personalized items are final-sale because each one is made for a specific dog. Hardware is covered by a 2-year warranty, if a buckle or D-ring fails, message us and we'll repair or replace.

Is it suitable for swimming?

Splashes and rain, fine. Sea or river swims, rinse with fresh water afterwards. The hardware holds up to occasional dunking, but salt is hard on any nylon over time.

Is this a custom dog collar or a personalized one?

Both, it's the same collar. Custom, personalized, monogrammed: at Squffy they all mean a nylon dog collar with the name embroidered into the webbing itself. Ten characters, a choice of fonts, a wide range of thread colors.
