These terms apply to every offer, order, and agreement made through squffy.com and our country domains. By placing an order you accept these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any protection you have under EU law or the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live; where these terms and the law differ, the law wins.

Your order is an offer to buy. The agreement is concluded when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may decline or cancel an order in limited cases, for example when a payment fails, when fraud checks flag the order, or when a listing contained an obvious error. If we cancel an order you already paid, you receive a full refund.

Most Squffy products are made to order in our Veghel studio. Check your personalization carefully before ordering: names and texts are embroidered or engraved exactly as you typed them, and accents (like é, ü, ñ) are simplified for stitching. If we believe a small adjustment will improve the final result, we may contact you before production. You can cancel free of charge at any time before your order ships; the fastest way is a WhatsApp message.

All prices include VAT. The currency shown depends on your country. Obvious pricing errors do not bind us. Payment is processed by Stripe, and your card is charged when your order ships from the studio. Promotions and discount codes cannot be exchanged for money and apply only within their stated conditions.

Orders are made to order and normally leave our studio within 1 to 3 business days, shipped fully tracked via carriers such as PostNL, DPD, GLS, and DHL. Estimated delivery times per country are on our shipping page. Shipping is free for orders of € 60,00 and over; below that we charge € 5,95. If we cannot deliver within 30 days, you may cancel the order for a full refund. The risk of loss or damage passes to you at delivery.

If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and message us within 7 calendar days of receipt. We will send a free replacement.

For items without personalization you have a legal right of withdrawal: tell us within 14 days of delivery that you want to return, then send the item back within another 14 days. A plain message to support@squffy.com is enough; you may also use the EU model withdrawal form, which we will send you on request. The item must be unused, undamaged, and complete. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. We refund within 14 days of receiving the return (or your proof of return shipment) to the original payment method, including the standard delivery cost of your order.

Personalized items are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Collars, leashes, and dog tags with embroidery, engraving, or a personalized configuration are made to your specification for one dog. Under Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code), made-to-order items like these are exempt from withdrawal. Faulty items are always covered, personalized or not. Our return policy describes the full procedure.

You are entitled to a product that is what you may reasonably expect of it (the legal guarantee of conformity under EU law). On top of that, hardware (buckles, D-rings, and clasps) carries a 2-year Squffy warranty: if it breaks, send us a photo and we repair or replace the piece, including on personalized items. The warranty does not cover normal wear, incorrect use, or chewing damage. Details on our guarantee page.

Something wrong? Message support@squffy.com or WhatsApp us. We reply within 24 hours on business days and aim to resolve every complaint within 14 days. If we cannot work it out together, you can bring the dispute before the competent Dutch court. As a consumer you can also seek advice from your national consumer authority; in the Netherlands that is consuwijzer.nl. Dutch law applies to these terms, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

When you submit a name or text for embroidery or engraving, you confirm that you are allowed to use it and that it is not offensive or unlawful. We may refuse orders with content we consider inappropriate. All Squffy designs, photos, and texts on this site remain the property of Venderson B.V. or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for damages related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence on our part, and it never limits your statutory rights.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the moment you place your order applies to that order.
