Return policy
You have 14 days from delivery to return non-personalized items. Personalized items are made just for you and can't be returned, except in case of defects.
How returns work
Four simple steps

Request
Message us via the contact form or WhatsApp within 14 days of receiving your order.

Ship
Once we've confirmed your return, send the item back in its original condition within another 14 days.
- 03
Inspect
We check the item against the order when it arrives at our Veghel studio.
- 04
Refund
If everything checks out, your refund goes back to the original payment method within 14 days.
What can be returned
Eligible for return
Unused, undamaged collars and leashes WITHOUT personalization · Dog pins and tags in original packaging · Accessories that haven't been worn or scratched.
Not eligible
Because we personalize these items especially for your dog, customized items cannot be returned if you change your mind. Your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described are unaffected.

Payments
You pay when you place your order. Personalized items go into production quickly, so if you want to cancel or change something, message us as soon as you can via WhatsApp or the contact form; WhatsApp is quickest. Once your order is embroidered or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Damage on arrival
If your parcel arrives damaged, take photos before opening it and message us within 7 calendar days of receipt. We'll send a free replacement.
Faulty hardware
If hardware breaks, send us a photo and we'll repair or replace the piece, even on personalized items. Every item is covered by statutory warranty under EU consumer law. If you have questions about the warranty on a specific product, reach out via our contact form.
Care
Squffy gear is built to last. Wash on cold, air-dry, and the embroidery and hardware will hold for years. Detailed care guide on every product page.
14-day window
Inform us within 14 days of receiving your item, then return it within another 14 days. Personalized items excluded, see below.
Original condition
Items must come back unused, undamaged, and with the tags and dog pins that came in the box.
Return costs
Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
