Questions we get the most
Why a set instead of singles?
Sets are curated by theme, three pins that look right together, at a small saving compared to buying them separately. Most people start with one set and add singles later.
Can I swap them between collars?
No. Dog pins fit Classic collars only, and only when that collar was ordered with pins, because the eyelets are set during production. Within the Classic line every Squffy pin is interchangeable. Wear all three, wear one, build out the rotation.
Will the set fit my Tactical or Puppy collar?
No. Squffy dog pins fit the Classic Dog Collar line only; the eyelets are set in production when the collar is ordered with pins.
Is the screwdriver included?
Yes, every set ships with a Squffy keychain screwdriver, even if you've ordered one before. They're small, they get lost, having a spare on the keys is the point.
When will my order be shipped?
Dog pin sets are stocked and usually ship within 24 hours from our Dutch studio.
